We are currently looking for the right person to fill the position as Data Engineer for Consumer Sales Nordic.
Business Unit Consumer Sales Nordic is responsible for the sales of
electricity contracts and other energy related products and services to
private customers and small- and medium sized companies in the Nordic
Main tasks and responsibilities
As a Data
Engineer you will play an important role in making Consumer Sales Nordic
more data driven and actively work in the intersection between
Business, IT and Analytics. You will manage data flows from multiple
sources, both internal and external, take a lead in the development and
maintenance of our data environment in Azure, set up data pipelines and
integrations and make data accessible for Analytics, BI/Reporting and
Marketing Automation. Working closely with our agile business teams you
will capture current needs, proactively search for new business
opportunities and be able to translate these into clear IT-requirements.
You will stay on top of trends and new technologies and collaborate
with our data scientists in Analytics and ML-initiatives.
The ideal candidate will meet most of the following criteria
– MS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related field
– 3+ years of relevant work experience
– Advanced SQL knowledge, experience working with relational databases and working familiarity with a variety of databases
– Strong skills in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Python, Java, Scala etc
– Experience in database architecture and design
– Experience working with large data sets and big data pipelines
– Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, such as Databricks, Azure SQL DB and Azure ML
– Familiar with Analytics/BI and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Qlikview and Google Cloud technologies
– Solid understanding of data requirements for Analytics and Machine Learning models
– Solution oriented team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
